Not really justarn justarn but there’s no clear way. Here’s a good link with a response from D -DC- and explains it pretty well.

Looks female to me, with no certainty.
Looks very stressed, and the fact it has tankmates is why.
But I assume that's a QT? Looks like a bagarius and a Jaguar cat under those logs :O

Possibly try to find her a boyfriend soon then. What are the markers for sexing these pal?
 
Eh, I hate sexing channas but to be sure, use DC's guide to sexing auranti, most applies to all sub-trops. :)
