Is it possible that a 12" pleuro will get along with my 6" Cichla?

negative.. pleuro so aggresive and will attack cichla.. trust me..

16" my god that's fully grown. How much did you pay for that?

Mine live with 3 goldfish lol. But yes a rule of thumb they will rip it up.

The best thing you can do is get a another pleuro, they are very social toward other pleuros and live in packs in the wild.

dont do it. friend of mine has a big pleuro too and had to remove his equally sized gars and lost a pretty big barra. these things are agressive and will hurt those smaller fish.
