Hi everyone, recently I've bought a channa, it seems like 90% channa pseudomarulia for me, how do you think about it? The fish shop owner claims these fishes from India.. Identify pls

Jealous, I order 10 specimens from importer and recieve only 3. But all of them die within 2 days.

Hi,

dont think its a pseudo, these hhave red blotches on the flanks.
Could be "normal" marulia or marulioides.

pseudos have been bred in germany by N. Schacht. Awesome species

I think it is not common marulia & marulioides. Different stage / condition may cause to diff color?

i bought at Rm 30 at KL.... my 6 band maru given to my relative, and died
