Channa shouldn't be kept with other fish!

Exceptions might be marulia/marulioides in super large tanks and single dwarf specimen.

it really depends on the personality of your SH; they're moody fish. see how he copes with others, i can keep my 7" pleuros with 2" clown loaches and i've never seen them bother the loaches despite hearing that they are very aggressive at times.

Also depends on the size of the pulchra when you put him in with the tankmates, if they are raised along side tankmates of a similar size i find they aren't too hostile towards them. But as suggested above, SH are best kept in a species only tank
