Hi guys, this is my new channa comm comprising of;

2 pcs C. Marulioides (emperor snakehead/toman bunga)
2 pcs C. Argus (Northern snakehead / spotted snakehead)
6 pcs C. Asiatica (Chinese snakehead)

Planned to give away 2-3 pcs of the asiatica this weekend...
Also, before anyone screams, i know these are very aggressive snakeheads, so as agression starts, i will break up the comm & keep only the toman bunga
we'll see how the comm gets on ...

i find them very facinating & inquisitive at times ... so cute looking when they are in their fav hideout ...
NJOY!!!

My apologies for poor pics quality .. its the camera not me ... hehehee...

Hi,I agree with toky.

:popcorn:Me to ...,thats Parachanna Obscura and it looks just about small enough to "disapear" inside the other Channa in that tank.;)

thx guys ... yup, most says its a obscura... body pattern looks the same though ... i think they are still safe, now trying to pump them up so the bigger ones dun eat them up ... :D

Well in my opinion you are better off it being an Obscura.
Argus would have destroyed everything in your tank and by looking at the size of the tank would have caused havok as it grew (smashing through that tank would not be out of the question!)

Looks good, but keep an eye on those Asiatica as they grow.
