I'd like to say hello to you Snakehead addicts
Below my assam and juvie fireback.
I moved rest of the assam (coz of taking care after spawning) from my aquarium, and just left pair and 4 fireback.

My biggest dream is have a P.obscura It was first snakehead i ever had..

hey guys i still finishing my aquarium so it is not worth to show you a uncompleted tank
For now it looks like that:


i will do hood from PCV with 4x54W glow tubes. And obviously plant all over my aquarium till back wall would be unvisible.

Hi bartus,

nice Assam m ale you have there.
I would ot use as much light as youre planning.m The tank could get too hot, and the fish really apreciate low light tanks. There atre lots of plants that can thrive with low lighting such as Anubia, javafern, cryptocoryne,...

i know that full of light will increase temperature of water ... so how many watts you recomend ? 100? and plant some cryptocoryne and valisneria inside?
