This one seems to be darker than others I have seen, but appears to be similar. Anyone know what species this really is so I can stop referring to it as a sp. platinum?

nice looking clay... i love sh any shape or size..

Probably becasue he was told that name as well. There is a platinum stripe on the dorsal as well.
it is always a thrill to see channa species. 
If I cant have one at least post an occasional pic as it grows.
