My channel cat fish fins are really taterd. His the mean punk in the tank too. My Bass doesnt bug him but looks just fine. The 2 koi are also just fine. (Fins) So should i just icu him in a tub (H tank to big for him) And do some drops for tail rot? i cant tell if thats the problem... they just look realy tatard. split and everything.

Normally being that tattered he has probable been nipped by your other fish. Keep an eye on them but if it is fin rot: Water change; Treat with antibiotics; Addition of aquarium salt will help things out.
