channel cat last night

I took the family fishing on the Red River last night, it was terrible for us. . . My inlaws on the other hand had some pretty good action, between the three of them, they landed 8 cats over 34" in two hours! Here is a quick snap of the largest one. . . 38" - over 30 lbs. . . the scale didn't go any higher!

I haven't posted this section before, but, I couldn't resist on this fish

Thanks! It is a bit larger than normal, up to 36" +/- 25lbs is pretty regular for us, fishing on the Red River.

They get even bigger, lagest I have heard of this year is 39", there are stories of guys catching them at 40"+ INCREDIBLE!
