Just an update on the 2 cats I was trying to rescue--thanks to the thumbs-up and much appreciated encouragement and advice, they are now acclimating in a 250-gallon water trough (horses can drink out of other containers LOL) I will be gradually adding/swapping pond water, until I can release them into farm pond. If anyone has any advice for this transition period I will greatly appreciate it. All have promised not to try to fish for them :grinno: Thank you all so much--these guys will be sooooo much happier now. Mmmmm safe live food too--"minners" and suchwhat--as long as they leave the calves alone

Here's to fellow MonsterFishKeepers --True Champions (and a kind hearted lfs owner)

 :clap  :woot:

Oops, mistake on size of water trough--700 gallon!!

They love the trough, they've never had so much space!!! They are actually "cavorting" and dancing. Slowly transition, then they will be the happiest cats in the world out in that pond!! This huge water trough will seem like their little bitty aquarium tank. :headbang2
