After 6 months of searching I have finally found some!

I have 11 right now in their own tank until I find out their temperament and they are likely going into my 165 with my tat, three ageneiosus catfish and other catfish in the next week.

The tank is just a bare tank with leftover decorations/plants to make the fish feel comfortable before they go in their new tank.

So far they are doing excellent and eating like horses! They have also become much less skittish than other oddball characins!

I got them from the Fish Place. I think they are 6$. The shipment of glass headstanders sent to the wholesaler though all got ick, so ours are on QT right now.

I'd say they are between 2 and 3 1/2". They are eating like horses too.

Thanks for the gesture but I don't really have anywhere to house them where they wouldn't get eaten.

What are they eating?

I've been feeding them frozen foods such as blackworms and bloodworms. They have seeming large mouths and have tried pellets, but spit them back out (I don't think they can swallow them). According to Dr. Axelrod's Handbook of Tropical Aquarium Fishes they are good scavengers so they would probably eat flake too.
