cheap 14" RTG with de and fin damage.... would you?

Hey guys just found a cheap rtg listed and certificated... was originally imported by HPlow... it has some fin damage and de, but its a good price and quiet convenient location? so would you?

I'm not bothered about the DE. As for the finage damage... What's the damage like? Usually all these are superficial and they can be corrected once they are grown back or maybe a slight trimming on the finage again for proper growth.

Koji: thanks thats what i thought, its grown back funny from a fight with a catfish but from what ive seen, it would be fixable with a lil trim...
