I'm not sure if this has been posted but here is an all purpose (fry, all sized fish, screen) divider with gutter filters.
1. Pick this up at menards 2.69 for a 3' long about 5-6" wide piece (enough for one divider in a 55 gal) and a few suction cups 1-2$ for 3

2. cut it to the desired length
3. Hook top and bottom with zip ties to desired width and hide extra between screen and holes to keep fish safe
4. Slide suction cups in the very convenient slot
5. Put in tank, enjoy
Add more zip ties to increase strength. Suction cups won't come out of slot but if they're not sticking too well fish can probably slide though. If fry are getting through where the slot and cups meet, take cups out and place it as you would with egg crate divider.
