I need a cheap and easy background plant to compete with algae. I won't root it in the substrate but would like to weight it so it sits on the bottom. I'm considering both of these, and at the moment leaning towards anacharis. the hornwort could be cool as I have multiple tanks and could use it to clean up my cichlid tank as well.
ferts once a week (15par) 1.5wpg, I can throw co2 at it but would rather not unless i have too. other plants are java moss, anubus, java fern and crypts.
