Anyone think midas or red devil?

Is that a sagittae? Cool looking amph whatever it is.

Not sure what it is, I'm asking you guys lol. I found him/her in a sump at work, I spent close to 30 min trying to find/catch it. I thought my eyes deceived me because our sumps are all white. This is the reason for the name, Moby Dick, my white whale. I'm not usually one to name fish but under the circumstances i felt it was fitting, I thought I'd never catch this one because I couldn't find it!

My last red devil fully colored up orange by the time she hit 3", is it possible this one's just taking longer or might it be almost completely white? The only orange is slightly orange on some of the fins.

Some red devils dont peel tills 5-6" while others peel sooner... Im pretty sure its a red devil/ midevil
