I'd guess 5 years based on pseudacanthicus growth I've experienced, it's generally 1.5" a year or thereabouts, This is assuming your L114 is about 4" yes?
If you do weekly water changes it should reach full length in about 2 years. Weekly full scale 35% or more are the key. I had a three inch go from 3 inches to 8 in two years. But the thing died because of a heater malfunction. Noe I have a 3 inch again and have to start all over. Good Luck with yours great looking plec!
