So I thought this was a Fh but it's not it's a very rare strain of the MIDAS Cichlid...It's awsome! That fish behind him lays eggs for him too!!!
Thats an 850 gal tank

Sorry man didn’t mean to come off as an a hole but they are very nice I have a trio myself you don’t seldomly see them in lfs so you have a very valid point there and also the hump on that guy is amazing looks like he’s ready to breed.

No worries...yeah he has a nice head! The owner said the female in this first picture right behind him lays eggs for him and he fertilizes them but then chase's her out cause he's confused by her (because there different fish)....What kind of fry would come out I wonder

yup...barred midas...not really rare, people give fry away for free sometimes.
