I myself was going to guess a cow then figured it had to be something smaller that looked like a larger animal and thought maybe patagonian cavy, never would've guessed it'd be a wallaroo.

long tail looks wallaby or kangaroo like. Plus it looks like an olive I guess... I would have said scrub python.
It's probably not real because the water is calm with no ripples from the animal being pulled out
