to be honest I think you're paying far too much. I got a brazilian mal from a place that's known to be pretty expensive, for 16 quid at 6 or 7 inches.
90 is far too much I must say. Should be more like 30/40.

They are both 13", i have seen some at wharf aquatics in uk nottingham for £59.99 and they are 8", is that they are just expensive in the uk? any one from uk think £90 is way to much?

I got mine from wildwoods, which is not extortionate, but quite expensive, for 16 quid.
The only other place I've seen a hoplias for sale had a 5 incher for about 10 quid.

Indeed it is, it's probably the best place in the UK actually for overall stock of cool predators. It's in enfield, north london.

Just been on the wildwood web site and gave them a call, the have not got any wolves in at the moment, it looks like it could 4 weeks, the staff member did say send a email to his manager and maybe they might be able bring some in to order, the last batch they had were red wolves, size 5" and sold at £19.99. i think getting them at 13" will probably bump up the price.
I have 2 days will start phoning around to see if i can some large ones at a better price.
