What are you planning to use them for? I mean depending on use One local LFS around me collects empty 1 gallon Mayo jars cleans them out and uses them for everything from Bettas to spiders or anoles or tree frogs. A local restaurant should have no problems handing these over.
For anoles, spiders (especially venemous) and frogs it makes it worlds easier as they just hand you the container vs having to catch it.
My local LFS is also getting rid of 15 15 gals for 70 and glass 5 gals run about 4 bucks locally.
Also if you have a local Dollar Tree or Dollar General they have the little plastic 1.5 gals for a buck each.

haha man ur awsome to bad u live far ya i want to set up nano planted tanks for cherry shrimps and i want small tanks for selective breeding so i can keep track i am a chef so i can get a million jars haha i have 5 atm with varius tarachulas in them haha but id like a nice tank for the look of it also 5 gal tanks here in cali or at least in my part run about 20-40$ depending on stor and shape (tall tanks cost more then short) so if i could get 10$ tanks id be happy if i could get 4$ like u said haha id pretty much die happythacarter546;4917350; said:
