why do my hikari jumbo sticks never stay in the middle of the tank to be eating almost all of them go immedialty to the side of the glass and stay there making them very hard to eat for my aro. any solutions?

Not really most floating food does this. You could try putting it in area with little to no current that might help

i have seen the floating ring in stores,or should be easy to make.maybe mount a suction cup on it to keep it exactly where you want
