cherax lost an eye

in the process of catching and moving my cherax quad to a bigger tank he lost one of his eyes. will it eventually grow back?

I have had crays for a while. They can grow back legs, the front claws don't really grow back, he may be One Eye Willy for the rest of his days. Their regeneration capabilities are not what we see in the movies/cartoons.

An eye seems doubtful to me. I had a prawn that had a slight bit of damage to its eye, it must have shed at least 6 times after I saw the damage and it never changed. Most appendages should grow back but I think eyes don't.

I have a ghost shrimp with one eye. He is missing an entire eyestalk, has been that way since I bought him. Surprisingly out of the dozen or so shrimp I bought only him and one other survived the first few days (turtle) and then he survived at least a month after that. I'm not sure if he's still alive, it is next to impossible to spot the buggers in the tank unless on accident.

I think the eye is lost forever bro.... But for the claw, I disagree with hackjob cause mine grew back..
