Hey everyone,
Hopefully the mods wont delete this on me, I am trying to plan a get together for the chicago land and surrounding area sometime in September. Right now we are looking at the 13th, but still a little flexible. Most importantly we are looking for something, anything to do. We dont have a place picked out or anything setup to do. I am hoping in here I can maybe draw a few more people in and pump up the interest.
It doesnt look like it will be anything to huge the for the first go around here, but we are hoping to make this a kinda annual deal possibly with a rotating location. I think its a really great idea and would be a lot of fun, so lets show those SoCal people they are not the only ones that can get together and do something cool! Anyone is welcome to come, family, friends, MFK people and non-MFK people.
So if you have any interest or have any ideas on a cool place we could go, or an in at anything, like the Shed or a zoo or even a restaurant that could host us or especially if you were willing to have a few people over for a small bbq or something like that, head over to the thread I posted below, take a look, post your ideas or comments and lets get this thing off the ground!
The more people we get interested the better!
