Has anyone heard of the Tropi-Quatics Pet Center in Lombard or know how they are? They are real close to my office and was thinking about checking it out this week sometime.

I have heard of Palos Pet Shot in Palos Park and Animal Island in Midlothion.

Anyone know any other LFS? I am looking for something near Schaumburg or Carol Stream?

Tropi-Quatics is ok they have a good saltwater section. they got one of the best liverock i have seen. freshwater not that great nothing realy no oddball stuff.

not really sure on the location but there is a place called steves pet shop somwhere near the rich part of town. I visited chicago back in october so names and locations are kind of blurry.It was effin awesome though. I will call my friend and try to get the address for you.

Never heard of it. Lots of great shops in the Chgo area. Just depends on how far you want to go & what you are looking for.

I am looking for freshwater stuff, still pretty beginer right now. Just interested in checking out different shops and learning as much as I can. If anyone knows of some good shops def post them, I would love to check them out.

yeah I am in Schaumburg and I work in Carol Stream. You know anything around there? Even just some cool places to check out some cool fish.
