Okay, I finally got the money all set and saved up! Took longer than I thought it would, but I guess that's always the way.

So I thought I would see whats kicking around now.

Generally I am looking for:

75/90g
Black stand and canopy

More specifically:

90g with matching black and stand canopy. I want a stand where the tank actually sits in a little bit, so there is a lip that covers the bottom of the tank.

I would prefer something with a built in overflow and sump, but not a requirement.


But I am open to whatever is out there, since it is used obviously. I know I want a stand and canopy, but if I can find a stand I really like with no canopy I would be open to it, especially if I could still buy a canopy someplace that matches or comes close.

So let me know whats around! I am hoping this weekend to cruise around to some of the LFS's to see whats available, if they have any used stuff. Just checked craigslist, not to much at the moment, but I will be checking daily now. Lots of stuff with light colored stands...not sure how hard these would be to sand a paint black?

Thanks bro, I am going to give your cousin a call this weekend too. I am not 100% sure I will use the filter, but now I have the money to spare and could sell it after if I dont end up using it. You know if he has still got it? Took me longer than expected to pull the cash together.

he got a 90gallon ( glass cage ) build in overflow glass overflow box...if you want that i can ask him for you ...tank only

Black trim? no harm is asking, maybe I can find a cheap stand...then all I need is a sump. Didn't you build your own?

yep black trim...its used for saltwater .need a good clean with vinegar..but forsure is no leak cause im the one that traded him that tank for the eheim ,but no use for him ..he just got a 180 from craiglist..
