Tq for all the previous replies on my threads guys, my gar and rtc r doing great and another clown knife is in the family. Im starting to lose a lot of food supplies everytime i feed them. Currently feeding them bloodworms but is chicken breast a good choice for them?

Don't feed chicken or mammal meat.

Agreed,save the chicken for the dinner table.Those fish are going to need more substantial foods than mere bloodworms,get some small frozen shrimp from the pet/fish store.

Your fish should not get sick from one piece of chicken but keep in mind that such foods provide no nutrition for your pets and could actually cause health issues in the long run if fed continually.If they are readily going after chicken then they should take cut up fish fillet as well,which would be better for them.Try tilapia strips.
The raw(always) saltwater shrimp is less desirable than freshwater species but should be okay if fed sparingly and at small amounts,at a time.

I live in Malaysia, i rarely see freshwater fish for sale so that a bit of a challenge to find

Ah,I see....are there no fish markets in your area, surely you can get ahold of some tilapia but if not some saltwater fish wiuld do.You can even give them earthworms if taken from a non treated location.
