i dint know there were asian cichlids

there are three asian species, related to the cichlids of Madagascar (Malagasy Republic). Etroplus maculatus, Etroplus canarensis, Etroplus suratensis. all found in India (which was once connected to Madagascar and continental Africa) FYI.
