Looks like most of the reviews on Amazon are pretty poor. Very bad reliability.
Looks like it's a peltier cooler, which honestly I think there should be more of. Not the most efficient for cooling, but should be pretty efficient for heating.
I'd probably be tempted to buy it just to play with. See how it's set up, a peltier element by itself is pretty simple and reliable, just needs a 12v supply. My tank is in the basement, I don't use a chiller as the temp is naturally cool enough. I don't have experience with that brand, but I can say in my experiences, cheap equipment is usually cheap for a reason.Chillers are usually super expensive. Itsadeepbluesea has a trout tank with a chiller
