I was looking for one of these myself. Seems to be a line breed strain from India. If it's the same one I am thinking of.
These guys? Not even sure if the breeder is still breeding them. Could try Aquabid, E-bay, Facebook aquarium clubs and the like you may find someone who imported a bunch to sale off. Or possibly someone breeding them over here now.

Nemo and the female Albino Ruby Oscar were from the vendor linked above. The arrived in good shape. And thrived from then on, only the one problem they didn't notice the bum fin on Nemo, but did refund the cost of him. And let me keep him to boot.
