I have an albino chines perch that I picked up severely discounted because of him have some sort of bladder disease. It can swim and eats like no tomorrow but can’t float.

I have it in 65 gallon quarantine tank with epsom salt 1 tablespoon per gallon. Has anyone seen this before? Any tips on

Looks like he has a hernia or something

Your perch appears to have a rectal prolapse.

....I recall reading that placing the fish in a hospital tank with Epsom salt added to the water helped in some cases.I had a peacock bass several years ago that had a somewhat recurring prolapse.
