After my silver aro beat my Chinese Perch up, he got a cloudy eye. I imagine that it's from a scratch. It's not completely cloudy (I can still see through the "cloud" and see his eye). I've added salt to the tank, is there anything else to help it heal?

I would add some salt to the tank as a tonic, and maybe some melafix but that's it. You are treating injury not disease.

Maracyn and Maracyn 2.
Since it looks like its getting better, I'll wait on that, but I'll keep it in mind.

and good water :)
This tank is on the drip system, so that's not a problem:D

Salt has been added. He is swimming and eating great. What is leafix?

LOL, that was the next step.

Good move. I would treat for injury before preventively treating for disease.

I have had dats and leichardti get cloudy eyes from fighting and I did just what you are doing. Salt and good water quality. They all recovered 100%
