If you’re asking if it will be okay to setup, I think it should be fine.
It looks to me like the chip is clean and not going to run into the panel.
I would take a piece of sand paper or whet stone and knock down any sharp edges.

I have the chipped piece and guess I’ll try gluing it back if u don’t think the integrity of the tank has been compromised.
I think you will be fine structurally. I think glueing the chip back onto the tank is a good idea for aesthetics.
Make sure you use a glue specifically for GLASS!
