What should I get for filtering chlorine for a constant water changer?

Ideally not RO, I don't have the pressure.

Edit: Also, if anyone knows of a good reliable and redundant float valve I can buy, please tell.

100%, contact Jim and he will tell you what's best for your water pressure. It is not an RO filter, just a similar housing. I have used one for my drip system for quite some time and it works great, I highly recommend them. You basically only need a charcoal filter to remove chlorine. You can DIY one yourself from Home Depot if your crafty.
