chlorine, ph, ammonia burn

recently i think my arowana has gotten this..

what are the symptons and what is the best way to cure this probelm.

What were the symptoms you observed? Did you dose dechlorinator when you changed your water? pH is not an issue. For ammonia concerns, what are your water parameters? What test kit did you use?
