Chocolate cichlid hith? Please help

Hello,
So recently I bought a chocolate cichlid from a lfs and about 2 days later I noticed this small hole next to his right eye can someone please let me know if that is hith because I have no idea also I saw this white/clear "bubble" which was very small next to his eye and I believe it might be ich so I treated the tank for ich. I have a picture of the small hole but no picture of his eye.

Need a better pic if you can get one. I couldn't see anything. If you're worried about it, the best thing you can do is give them the best quality water possible. Test your water before you do a water change so you can know what you're working with. I would recommend that you try to keep nitrates below 20 for a while. You may have to do multiple weekly water changes in order to achieve this. Just depending on how stocked your tank is. Good luck and keep us updated.
