Just notice these white bumps(pearl balls) on front face of my chocolate cichlid - any ideas what it could be ??

I’ve heard that chocolates get “pimples” like that as they age.
 
Hard to see but could be lymphocystis. Would check ur ph and give it to time.
 
Ph for chocolates should be 5-7.
