I'm in the process of moving my Chocolate to her own tank. I've heard they live in planted areas in the wild. My question is, what plants would be suitable, in addition, what plants would be easiest to maintain... I'd like to avoid adding a CO2 system and all of that stuff.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

With my chocolates I had amazon sword plants, cryptocoryne, vallisneria and anubias species. Never any problems, grow nicely without added CO2. The cocholates never nibbled on the plants.

same here, mine doesnt bother the plants at all
