Chocolate with white spots/bumps

Hello everyone,
This morning I noticed my Chocolate had white spots/bumps on his head. My Nourisatti has been giving him a tough time lately and I think they maybe bites that got infected? Or is it something else??

Water Parameters:

75g tank
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 40ppm
PH: 7.2
Temperature: 78.9'

Filtration:
Aquaclear 110
Magnum 350
SunSun Canister (265gph)


Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

Just moved him to my quarantine tank. Anyone have any ideas if a diagnoses or treatment? :/

maybe because he was stressed he got some ick, it sortof looks like it maybe? i would raise the temp to 84 and add salt and see what happens. if you think its something more add mellafix that stuff helps for bacterial infections and its safe, i use it all the time.
