Choosing Saltwater Lighting

Hey im looking to upgrade my stock lighting to something that will be sufficient for corals I stumbled upon what appears to be a great find for a great price can I get a couple opinions on this please... Oh ya and the total cost of all this shipped to my house is $82.91 canadian...Sound Fair?

I'm not great with lighting, but you told me to take a look haha. As far as your light, what tank are you looking to put it on, and as far as corals, depends on what your trying to keep (I'm guessing you have no idea, but even if so, reguardless of light I recommend starting with the zoas, mushrooms, zoos, and other softies etc as they are hardier and then moving on from there). Also, in terms of corals, there is lowlight, medium, and high (in terms of their requirements). A good place to start is the stickies on here.
 
MMMMk well im looking to put this on my 4 ft 55 gallon tank...and I know a little bit about corals and then I definatly know im starting off with the beginner corals but the main question is would those lights be good enough??
