From what little I can see of it, it seems to be a spatuloricaria (again, hard to tell from the pics, though), which are amongst my favorite loricariines. Nice.

there is the original thread somewhere with members trying to guess the species, some better pics too... you should glance over 'cause no one seemed big on whiptails.
Anyway nice update levi, has lightened up a bit.
