confused, lost, and lonely
I want recipes for 1-2 person meals consiting of about one pound of any kind of meat.
I am getting bored with my own cooking, todays's entree was a ribeye steak sauteed in saurkraut and onions, very good but I think I did that a couple months ago.
 
Peper and Herb Rub
1T Garlic Salt
1T Dried Basil
1T Dried Thyme
1.5t Pepper
1.5t Dried Rosemary
1T Paprika

Pork
2T of Pepper and Herb Rub
12 Pork Tenderloin Medallions (about 1 lb)
Olive Oil

1. Combine rub ingredients. Place in small resealable container. Good for 3 months.

2. Massage in rub onto pork. Brush pork with olive oil.

3. Grill over medium-hot coals uncovered for 4-5 mins a side or until pork feels medium-well. Let carry-over heat do the rest of the cooking.

Serve with grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes.
 
Damn/ that sounds good, I like the ternderloin medallions because they take so little time too cook, got a couple in the freeze, got all the spices/herbs. Thanks.

LOL you know, never did I think this would ever come in handy (I mean, for any purpose other than my own gut)..which is why I am cracking up right now. My dad is a Chef, so let me ask him tonight, and I am sure he will go all Emeril on my *** and give me like 20 recipes for ya. LOL too funny.
 
New york strips marinate in 1/2 soy sauce 1/2 cup terryaki to garlic cloves pinch of salt and pepper and one cap of liquid smoke , also try this for a whole chicken..take the chicken wash it pat dry in the cavity put a entire head of garlic in the cut in half no need to peel it as it's being used for flavor only then take a whole lemon cut in wedges and add in as well brush the skin with melted butter and salt and pepper cover the Brest in Bacon bake as you would any chicken 1/2 before done remove the bacon so the skin will crisp ah aslo add either a few things of time or rosmary in with the lemon
 
i would give you my secret recipe for my smoked salmon but then i would have to chain you up ..na if your intresed i'll pm it to you
