Cichild's diet ?

I usually give them a variety of foods in their diet but once I got the eel I bought carnivore pellets.I feed the cichilds first then the eel well my cichilds refuse to eat anything but the carnivore pellets.Will this effect them just eating carnivore pellets?.Thanks in advance.

I have a mix of JDs,Zebras,Jewel,Gymnogeophaus, and one african that forgot what it was.All the Africans but one.the eel and others were I buy one and take the rest for free.

Think if you starve them for a while they should be taking other foods readily.
