In my 180 gallon, I have an Oscar and two Peacock Bass that are about a foot long. They have been in the same tank for about a year and have showed no signs of aggression, but now all of a sudden one of the two peacocks is chasing the others all over the tank and the peacock bass that was alpha is now getting pretty beat up. Also if its helpful the one aggressive peacock bass is just developing the hump on its head. Is there anything that I could to do help reduce or eliminate this aggression in my tank?

Right now I'm kind of limited to a 180 gallon because I will be going to college this upcoming year. But I do have fairly strong filtration with 2 fx5's, do you think that the tank would be fine with a third bass for the time being though, or could I possibly add some dither fish like silver dollars?

I have one at the moment, in a 180. He was about 6" three months ago, now he's about 10". He is in with a pair of pikes and a flowerhorn and some silver dollars. He's aggressive towards everything, the pikes fight back and have teeth so the idea of upgrading is becoming very real for me, and of course I'd like to add a few more bass.

What size tank are you planning on getting? An 8x3 would probably be ideal.

Looks like civil war in that tank.
