cichla disease help

Today i noticed white specks on 2 of my 3 cichlas. To me it doesnt look like ich but thats all it really can be..right? I clean 20% of the water every day so im thinking maybe this is stressing them out? I cant figure out why they would get this. I feel that its stress from to many water changes.

Anybody know what illness it might be? Or why there stressed?

29 gal tank cichla are 3-4"

temp 82 degrees

Feeding- bloodworms and tilapia and the only one without the dots is eating massivore too so maybe that means something? they never touched feeders

i just dont understand how they could get it when the water is near perfect

crank up the temperature to 86F-89F and add aquarium salt. young cichla get ich pretty easily.

ya i just turned my heater up and im gonna do a wc and add some salt.. thanks man
