It looks like it could very well be. I have a kelberi right now that looks fairly similar to that, lots of spangles in caudal and dorsal fin.
sweet !!!! just got him home a few hours ago... took blood worms an hour in the tank, next is to get him back on pellets because the guy i got him from had started giving him live again after training it on pellets !!!
awesome fish so far, great personality.. comes right up to the top and beats on the glass for food. also he took hikari food sticks this morning. so things are looking good, still cant get my big peru mono on pellets tho, that may be the deciding factor in whether or not i keep the mono because its been months and i haven't been successful with a single pellet.
