1" per 2 gallons is a pretty good rule of thumb. Some might say 1 inch per 3 gallons would be best. So at first you could have a ton of juveniles but within just a few months you would likely have to start getting rid of them. Im getting a tank in December that is 96 x 30 x 30 and I plan to only have 4 adults, and that is probably pushing it if I still have them after 3 to 4 years.
