I don't think it's an orino. you don't see orinos with that kind of spangling on the tail. only thing i can really compare it to is a brokopondo..

not a orinocensis, looks to be a Cichla. sp 'venezuela' that rapps had quite a few years ago.. heres a pic for reference

nope not a orinocensis.. prob just a cichla cf. Orinocensis me a rapps talked about this awhile back plus the adult pic of this fish is much much different looking then a orino.
