Cichla injured or disease

Stock is 3 azul 3 xingus around 2.5 inch in a 75 grow out. Came home today and noticed this slit right down the middle on one of my xingus head, they have been aggressive towards each other since I added some silver dollar dithers.

Keep the water clean and pristine and add some salt 1tsp per gallon. Should heal up as long as the other pbass aren’t picking on the fish

thanks for the help, did a 50% wc today and added some salt earlier
