What's the biggest of each peacock bass that's kept in private tanks?
In other words, what's the biggest you've seen of:

• Temensis
• Monoculus
• Orinocensis
• Ocellaris
• Intermedia
• Kelberi
• Piquiti
• Melaniae
• Nigromaculata
• Pinima
• Pleiozona

I am especially interested in Piquiti, Orinocensis, and Intermedia. All beautiful fish.

Not sure if you would consider it “private” but Moody’s Gardens in Galveston TX has some temensis that are pushing 20lbs. They are ridiculously fat.

The video you posted shows the biggest ones I've seen. If you expand your question to "in captivity", Moody Gardens in Galveston has some enormous Temensis as well.

I would guess this guy has the largest bass in private aquarium. He was a member here. The tems in the posts above are probably the biggest in a realisticly sized (under 1000gal) private aquarium.
