Cichla mono lens dropped from eye

Hi,

I recently relocated a peacock bass from the growout tank. After a short time both eyes clouded up (no fights occured).
One of the eye is healing but the other just had the lens ball pop out of the eye....never seen it happen.
What do you guys think about it? Pics attached.

Crazy haven’t seen that yet. Keep that water super clean.

Ive had an kelberi that this happened to. She went blind on that eye.

Yeah it did go clear agian but the black got mushed out a bit.
